    Terms and Conditions of Lagerkönig GmbH

    1. Scope of Application

    These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Lagerkönig GmbH and its customers for the rental of storage spaces.

    2. Contract Conclusion

    The rental contract is concluded through written confirmation by Lagerkönig GmbH. All offers are subject to change.

    3. Rental Prices and Payment Terms

    Rent is to be paid monthly in advance. Late payment fees may be charged in case of payment delays.

    4. Use of Storage Spaces

    Storage spaces may only be used for legal purposes. Dangerous, flammable or odor-causing substances are not permitted.

    5. Termination

    The contract can be terminated by both parties with one month's notice to the end of the month.

    6. Liability

    Lagerkönig GmbH is only liable for damages based on gross negligence or intent.

    7. Final Provisions

    Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Linz.
